This was an awesome show with a really solid lineup of bands. There are no photos of L S doubleDcup but their set was really good. Anagram as always too (I’ll always miss the sax, but with each show they’ve gotten tighter and sitting in on a practice has made me more aware and appreciative of the subtle distinctions to an already unique band).

Metz lived up to what ever hype I have been hearing. Nothing too new but played well and worth going to any future shows for sure, especially if your into heavier math rock, or even stuff like Explosions in the sky or From fiction.

Monotonix are here from Tel Aviv and on a huge tour that goes to London, Hamburg and all over far off places till the beginning of June! This was one of the most insane and creative performances ever, setting up on the floor and then mid song moving the playing area to the space under the sound board at the back, piece by piece. The effort they put into getting everyone excited was just huge (and constant,from start till sets end) and fit their playing style of a sloppy garage blues build up theme - with no bass player, just one guitar, drums and vocals.
