Iron & Wine are incredible, and anyone who has heard the music of Sam Beam before already knows it.

His new CD "The Shepherds Dog" came out the day of the show so it was just that little bit more exciting.

I got to hang out with Sam before the show to do a photoshoot with him. I found that he was a softspoken man of very few words, but he was extremely kind to everyone around him. He talked a lot about his four kids and his wife back home.
